The following documents must be submitted as part of the application process:
- Identification document
- Academic qualification certificate(s)
- Curriculum vitae
- Letter of motivation
- Letter of recommendation
Notes:
- Certificates of academic qualifications for all degrees obtained must be submitted, specifying the final grade achieved and, preferably, the grades obtained in all modules completed.
- In the letter of motivation, the applicant must explain the reasons for their application and outline the research topic they intend to pursue.

Selection of candidates
Candidates will be selected based on an analysis of the elements comprising the application process, in accordance with the following criteria:
- Academic background – 40%
- Scientific/professional background – 40%
- Alignment of the research topic with the course objectives – 20%
- Interviews may also be conducted to clarify the information provided in the application documents.
